For some it could be to good to take your new suitcase and travel somewhere. For others it fits better to take your new suitcase and go for a coffee or to some nice place to make a symbolic trip.

One day to day 25!

How do you feel?
Do you think you reached your goal? Or do you maybe think you’ll never reach your goal?

Remember…

1. The main goal of what you are doing is being aware. If you have doubts, then be aware that you doubt.

2. There are many things that can happen on one day. Life can change in one second. The question is: why do you think that you need to change your life?
Maybe it is just to do the next step. With one step all the things can change. Don’t forget: You can… – but you don’t have to.

3. Connect with yourself. Don’t abandon yourself because you are afraid or don’t reach your goal. In the beginning of the video Thomas shows a short meditation to help you to connect with yourself in a simple way. Connect with yourself two or three times during the day. Then observe: what is inside you that you want to take out?
