clean clarity planning 1Last week with the burnout process was very intensive. I was going deep into my fears and taking some time to observe them and myself and take the decisions to confront them and step up.

But at the end of the week I started to feel very tired and after that I was cold and I felt pain in my body for some days. These body responses fit to my process and my topics in relation. I was treating old things who damaged me, living these parts, feeling on my body and taking some decisions to confront them… and after this process I could put the suffering in a conscious level, felt the pain and then let go.

How different is when it hurts than when suffering, in the mental process, on the body responses, the stress and manage of the feelings…

One of the things I found living my fear of «abandonment» topic in a conscious way is that I don’t want run away from that feeling of fear, even is like I want to go deeper and investigate about that… and find the answers to make something different. Even using this pain.

I didn’t remember the exactly words but I heard Thomas saying something about that some months ago, something as …
«One of the differences between pain and suffer is about consciousness. When you became aware about the topics that make you suffer, the pain may follow, but the suffering goes. This gives you another quality, because being conscious, you can see where the pain comes from, understand and decide if you want to add a solution to do something different » Thomas Hertlein.

I have now some advises based on practice that could give me support to confront with my fears based on Thomas teachings and my practice and this is great. The awareness go through connect with oneself.
